Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer called non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at an advanced stage (stage IIIB, IIIC, or stage IV), where the cancer cannot be treated with the goal of a cure, with or without certain genetic changes in the tumour.
- People who were at least 18 years old when they were first diagnosed with this advanced lung cancer.
- People in the "AGA subgroup" (confirm with trial site for exact definition) who have previously received a platinum-based chemotherapy treatment and at least one targeted therapy approved for their specific genetic mutation.
- People in the "non-AGA subgroup" (confirm with trial site for exact definition) who have previously received a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy, either at the same time or one after the other.
- People who have received at least one further treatment after their chemotherapy stopped working.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had another type of cancer (other than a common skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma or melanoma) within the year before the study start date.
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial for any cancer treatment, or who have been part of an early access program for any cancer treatment, from 2018 onwards.
