Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed by a neurologist with either primary progressive or relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS), according to specific recognised medical guidelines, OR you are a healthy volunteer with no MS or related neurological conditions
- You can speak and understand English fluently
- If you have MS, you currently experience dizziness, balance problems, and/or have had at least two falls in the past 12 months (based on what you report yourself)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have an early or uncertain form of MS that has not yet fully developed into a confirmed diagnosis (confirm with trial site)
- Your MS symptoms have been getting worse in the last 60 days
- You have changed your MS immune-related medication in the last 60 days
- You feel that memory or thinking difficulties affect your ability to manage everyday tasks on your own
- Your blood pressure at rest is too high (above 180/90 mmHg)
- Your vision, even with glasses or contact lenses, is significantly poor (confirm with trial site)
- You have a notable eye alignment problem, such as a lazy eye or squint, of a certain degree
- You have a condition where your eyes have difficulty focusing on close objects together (confirm with trial site)
- You have a specific type of eye movement problem related to the nerve pathways in the brain (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with vestibular migraine (a type of migraine that causes dizziness)
- You have a significant bone or joint condition that limits movement in your neck or affects the way you walk
- You are currently pregnant or think you may become pregnant during the study
- You are currently receiving therapy specifically for dizziness or balance problems
