Who might be able to join this trial:
- People of any gender are eligible
- People between 18 and 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with migraine without aura (migraine without visual disturbances or other warning signs before the headache)
- People whose migraines include nausea or vomiting, along with sensitivity to light or sound
- People who have had one-sided headaches at least once a week for the past 3 or more months
- People whose migraines meet the internationally recognised diagnostic guidelines known as ICHD-3 criteria (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a condition present from birth affecting the bones or structure of the neck
- People whose neck is unable to perform a specific movement test called the flexion-rotation test (confirm with trial site)
- People who have meningitis (infection or inflammation around the brain) or deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in a deep vein)
- People who have a type of headache other than migraine
- People whose headaches are caused by a trauma or injury to the neck
