Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are older than 18 years of age
- People who have a non-cancerous (benign) brain tumour
- People whose brain tumour is being treated with a standard course of radiation therapy, given in small daily doses of 1.8 to 2 Gray per session
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the brain
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the head or neck area
- People who have been diagnosed with dementia
- People who are currently receiving chemotherapy at the same time as radiation therapy
- People who are experiencing nausea at the time of joining the trial
- People who are currently taking anti-nausea medications, including corticosteroids, metoclopramide, serotonin-blocking medications (setrons), or any other anti-nausea treatments
