Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have experienced pelvic pain in the last 6 months that rates 4 or higher on a pain scale of 0–10
- People who have been diagnosed with endometriosis, confirmed through surgery, MRI, or ultrasound
- People who have not yet reached menopause
- People who are able to walk without assistance and can read and write to a sufficient level
- People who are willing and able to give their informed consent to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have an acute (sudden/severe) or terminal illness
- People who have had a fracture in an arm or leg within the last 3 months, or who have a disc herniation, or any ongoing health or bone/joint condition that would interfere with taking part in the exercise or treatment program
- People who are unwilling to complete all of the study requirements
- People who are currently taking part in another rehabilitation program
