  • People who have experienced pelvic pain in the last 6 months that rates 4 or higher on a pain scale of 0–10
  • People who have been diagnosed with endometriosis, confirmed through surgery, MRI, or ultrasound
  • People who have not yet reached menopause
  • People who are able to walk without assistance and can read and write to a sufficient level

  • People who are currently taking part in another rehabilitation program
