• Your cancer is considered "high risk," which includes certain more aggressive or advanced types (confirm with trial site for full details)
• You have a very early-stage, low-risk cancer, such as a first-time small low-grade tumor, a low-grade tumor that came back more than 12 months after the last one, or a very slow-growing growth called a "papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential"
• Your cancer involves certain aggressive features such as cancer on the surface lining of the bladder (CIS), cancer in the urethra near the prostate, or an unusual cancer cell type (confirm with trial site)
• You have previously had a specific treatment called BCG that did not work, and your cancer was high-grade
