Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have given written consent showing they understand the study and agree to take part.

- People who have been assessed as not well enough to undergo bladder removal surgery, or who have decided they do not want that surgery.
- People who have previously received treatment targeting FGFR or treatment using immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs (a type of immunotherapy).
- People who have previously had any systemic therapy, radiation therapy, or surgery for bladder cancer.
