For patients:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form

- You are unwilling or unable to sign the consent form
For first-degree biological relatives:
- You have already been diagnosed with IPF
- You have a history of severe anxiety, severe depression, thoughts of suicide, or another serious mental health condition that required a hospital stay (confirm with trial site)
- You are unwilling or unable to sign the consent form
