Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced endometrial cancer or platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (a type of ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy)

- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who are known to have an allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance to the study drug SSGJ-707
