Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with both Metabolic Syndrome (a combination of conditions including a large waist size, high blood fats, low "good" cholesterol, high blood sugar, and high blood pressure) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

  • People who have been diagnosed by a doctor with a psychiatric (mental health) illness
  • People who have been identified as having a cognitive impairment (difficulty with thinking or memory), based on a short screening test
  • People whose medications have been adjusted within the past six months
  • People who have already been doing regular planned exercise in the past month (defined as at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of intense exercise per week)
