- People diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called AML (acute myeloid leukemia), based on 2022 World Health Organization standards — but not the specific subtype called APL

- People who have tested positive for HIV
- People with currently active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
