Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years old or older and are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation
  • Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery, or it has spread to other parts of the body
  • Your tumor has tested positive, or possibly positive, for a protein called HER2
  • You have previously been treated with specific cancer medicines (trastuzumab and taxane) for advanced cancer, or your cancer came back within 6 months of receiving these medicines before or after surgery
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and blood clotting are all working well enough
  • You are currently receiving a type of cancer treatment called an anti-HER2 ADC (a targeted drug that delivers treatment directly to HER2-positive cancer cells)
  • Your doctor expects you to live for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have serious problems with how your liver or kidneys are working
  • You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
  • You are unable to stay still or hold a position for about 30 minutes (confirm with trial site)
  • You do not wish to take part in the clinical trial
  • You experience severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) or have other mental health conditions that may affect participation
  • The trial team believes, for any other reason, that joining the trial would not be appropriate for you
