Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a man or woman between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with episodic migraine or chronic migraine (based on standard international diagnostic guidelines)
- If you have episodic migraine, you have had between 8 and 14 migraine days per month over the past 3 months
- Your migraine is considered treatment-resistant, meaning you have tried and not responded to at least 3 different types of migraine prevention medications, and you have had at least 8 severely debilitating headache days per month for at least 3 months in a row

Who may not be able to join:

- You have made changes to any ongoing migraine prevention treatment within the past 3 months
- You have other significant medical conditions that could affect your health or participation (confirm with trial site)
- You have a long-term chronic pain condition
- You have a history of alcohol or drug misuse
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
