Who might be able to join this trial:

• You (or your legal representative) have agreed to take part and signed a consent form.
• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form.
• You have been newly diagnosed with a type of brain tumour called glioblastoma (GBM), based on the latest medical classification guidelines from 2021.
• You have recovered from brain surgery to remove as much of the tumour as possible (full removal, partial removal, or biopsy are all acceptable), as long as a specific type of chemotherapy wafer was not placed in the brain during surgery.
• You have finished the standard course of combined radiation therapy and chemotherapy (a drug called temozolomide/TMZ) after surgery.
• You are able to receive a device called Optune (a wearable brain tumour treatment) alongside ongoing chemotherapy with TMZ.
• You are in good general health and able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation, as assessed within 7 days before joining the trial (confirm with trial site).
• If you are taking a steroid medication (dexamethasone), your dose has been stable or reducing, and is at a low level for at least 7 days before joining the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously received certain types of immunotherapy drugs that affect how the immune system fights cancer (such as PD-1, PD-L1, PD-L2, or CTLA-4 blocking treatments).
• You currently need more than a low dose of the steroid dexamethasone (above 2mg or equivalent) because of pressure or swelling in the brain.
• You have received any other cancer treatment or experimental therapy within the 4 weeks before joining the trial.
• You have received a live vaccine (such as certain flu or shingles vaccines) within 30 days before starting treatment.
• You are currently taking part in, or have recently taken part in, another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment or device within the past 4 weeks.
• You have a condition that weakens your immune system, are on high-dose steroid or other immune-suppressing medication, or have had another cancer that is still active or was treated within the last 3 years.
• You have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease that required steroid treatment (confirm with trial site).
• Your brain tumour has shown signs of getting worse after completing the combined radiation and chemotherapy treatment (though if "pseudo-progression" — where scans can look worse but the tumour is not actually growing — is suspected, further scans may be done to check).
• Your tumour is located in certain areas of the brain or has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (confirm with trial site).
