Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have pelvic pain caused by endometriosis that has lasted more than 6 months and rates at least 4 out of 10 in severity
- You may or may not already be receiving treatments (such as medications or other therapies) for your pain
- You are currently on a waiting list for surgery related to your endometriosis
Who may not be able to join:
- You have long-term pain that is caused by a condition unrelated to endometriosis, such as irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic lower back pain, or a musculoskeletal injury
- You have a medical reason why you cannot safely receive hyperbaric (pressurised oxygen chamber) treatments, such as a collapsed lung, needing certain medications to keep your blood pressure stable, or having unstable heart disease (confirm with trial site)
- You are not able to attend follow-up appointments reliably — for example, if you do not have a fixed address or are planning to move away from the area
