• Your tumor is located very close to major blood vessels near the chest, you have an allergy to contrast dye, or there are other reasons that make it difficult to safely insert the treatment needle.
• Your tumor surrounds blood vessels in a way that the freezing treatment could cause serious bleeding.
• Your lung function is severely reduced, with breathing capacity measured at less than 40% of normal (confirm with trial site).
• You have a very low platelet count or serious blood clotting problems that mean the procedure would not be safe for you.
• You are in poor overall health — for example, due to cancer that has spread widely through the body, serious infections, high fever, severe anaemia, or significant nutritional problems that cannot be addressed quickly.
• You have a known allergy to contrast dye or anaesthetic medicines.
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have a child during the study period.
• You have a known addiction to drugs, alcohol, or similar substances.
