Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific inherited kidney condition called ADPKD (Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease), confirmed using a standard set of diagnostic criteria

- People who have diabetes
- People who are currently taking, or planning to start, a kidney medication called tolvaptan
- People who have been hospitalised or had major surgery within the last 3 months
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled (confirm specific numbers with trial site)
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use appropriate contraception during the trial
- People who regularly use prescription or non-prescription medications that may affect weight, appetite, food intake, or energy levels
- People with a history of a clinically diagnosed eating disorder, such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia, or binge eating disorder
- People whose body weight has changed by more than 5% in the past 3 months for any reason, except weight loss after giving birth
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, including those with severe claustrophobia, certain implants or medical devices, or non-removable body piercings
- People who have had, or currently have, a cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years
- People with a personal or family history of a specific type of thyroid cancer (medullary thyroid carcinoma), thyroid nodules, or a condition called multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- People with a prior history of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
- People who weigh 450 pounds (approximately 204 kg) or more
