Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and previous standard treatments have not worked or you were unable to tolerate them.
- A test on your tissue sample has shown that a protein called DLL3 is present.

Who may not be able to join:

- You have taken strong immune-suppressing medicines, such as steroids at doses above 10 mg/day of prednisone (or equivalent), within the last 14 days.
- You have received a vaccine against a viral infection (such as COVID-19, flu, or chickenpox) within the last 4 weeks.
- You have had a blood transfusion, certain blood-boosting injections (EPO or G-CSF), albumin infusions, or kidney replacement therapy within the last 14 days.
- You have had a serious or life-threatening immune reaction during a previous cancer immunotherapy treatment, including one that caused you to permanently stop that treatment.
- You currently have an active infection, such as a serious bacterial infection, tuberculosis, active hepatitis B or C, active syphilis, or active HIV.
- You have a known allergy to similar types of antibody medicines, or you have had a severe allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to humanized antibodies or fusion proteins in the past.
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- The trial doctor has determined for any reason that the trial is not suitable for you.
