Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are currently receiving support from a local/municipal crisis team
- You have experienced a deeply distressing or traumatic event within the last seven weeks before joining the trial
- You scored 10 or higher on a standard checklist used to measure post-traumatic stress symptoms (confirm with trial site)
- You are 16 years old or older
- You are willing and able to give written consent to take part
- You can read, write, and speak English and/or Norwegian
