Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People whose cancer is being treated with the aim of a cure, using chemotherapy with radiation therapy, or surgery with radiation therapy (with or without chemotherapy)
- People who are in good general health and able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirmed by a standard medical fitness scale)
- People whose physical health, mental health, and nutrition status allow them to safely take part in an exercise and nutrition preparation program

Who may not be able to join:

- People whose cancer is at a very advanced stage and where treatment is focused on managing symptoms rather than curing the disease
- People with cancer symptoms or pain that are not well controlled
- People who need to start cancer treatment urgently without delay
- People with severe loss of physical function that significantly affects their ability to carry out everyday activities
- People with significant muscle loss that would limit their ability to take part in the exercise preparation program
- People with severe cognitive difficulties or serious mental health conditions that would prevent participation in the preparation program
