Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 45 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form
- You have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher (which is generally considered obese)
- Your doctor suspects you may have cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) disease and has referred you for a cardiac CT scan (a type of heart imaging test that checks for calcium deposits and looks at the heart's arteries)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have had a heart attack or stroke within the last 2 months
- You have been hospitalised in the last 2 months for severe chest pain (unstable angina), a mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack), or heart failure
- You are already scheduled to have a procedure to open up blocked arteries in your heart, neck, or legs
- You currently have the most severe stage of heart failure (where you feel breathless even at rest)
- Your diabetes is poorly controlled, based on a recent blood test result (confirm with trial site)
- Your blood pressure is very high and not under control (confirm with trial site)
- Your kidneys are not working well enough, based on a recent blood test (confirm with trial site)
- Your liver function blood test results are outside of acceptable ranges (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with cancer, or have been in cancer remission for less than 5 years
- You have had an organ transplant in the past, or are currently on a waiting list for one
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
