Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) that has come back after standard treatment, confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy or surgery)

  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before starting treatment, not be breastfeeding, and use reliable contraception throughout the study and for 6 months after finishing treatment

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have received certain cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy) recently — the exact waiting period depends on the type of treatment (confirm with trial site)
  • You have had bleeding or a stroke in the brain requiring treatment in the past 6 months (unrelated to cancer drugs)
  • You have a history of serious heart or stroke-related disease
  • You have certain heart rhythm or electrical problems, such as a dangerously irregular heartbeat or specific conduction abnormalities
  • You have had a blood clot requiring active treatment within the past 6 months (clots related to infusions are not automatically excluded — confirm with trial site)
  • You have an active autoimmune or inflammatory disease
  • You have had another type of cancer that was active or needed treatment within the past 5 years
  • Your high blood pressure is not well controlled even with two blood pressure medications (above 150/100 mmHg)
  • You have poorly controlled blood sugar (diabetes) or diabetes-related tissue damage
  • You have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD), or significant lung inflammation from radiation
  • You have a serious lung disease that severely affects your ability to breathe
  • You have had an allergic reaction to similar types of antibody-based medicines, or to any ingredient in the study drug (BL-B01D1)
  • You have previously received an organ transplant or a bone marrow/stem cell transplant from another person
  • You have HIV, active tuberculosis, active hepatitis B, or active hepatitis C
  • You have had a serious infection within the past 4 weeks, or signs of an active lung infection within the past 2 weeks
  • Scans show that the tumour has grown into or is wrapping around major blood vessels in the chest, neck, or throat (confirm with trial site, as exceptions may apply)
  • The trial doctor decides there is another reason why joining would not be appropriate for you
