Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to sign a consent form showing you understand the study and agree to take part
- You are between 60 and 70 years old (including those who are exactly 60 or 70)
- You have been newly diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), confirmed using the latest medical guidelines (WHO 2022)

- The leukemia has spread to your brain or spinal fluid

- You have already received certain chemotherapy treatments for AML (some white blood cell-lowering treatments may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
