Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You have had moderate to severe migraines for at least one year
- Your migraines started before you were 50 years old and have been officially diagnosed using recognised international headache guidelines
- At least 2 different migraine prevention medications have not worked well enough for you
- You have between 4 and 14 migraine days per month
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a condition or disease affecting the outer part of your ear (for example, a type of skin cancer called epithelioma)
- You have received botulinum toxin (such as Botox) as a migraine treatment within the last 2 months
- You have received an anti-CGRP injection (a newer type of migraine prevention injection) within the last 3 months
- You are currently being treated with a non-invasive electrical nerve stimulation device applied to the ear (called TENS)
