  • People who have recently been suspected, based on clinical assessment and brain scans, of having a specific type of aggressive brain tumor (IDH-wildtype glioblastoma or a high-grade IDH-mutant astrocytoma)

  • People who have another significant brain condition, such as multiple sclerosis, a neurodegenerative disease, or a stroke (confirm with trial site)
  • People whose tumor is located in the lower part of the brain (below the cerebellum) or in the spinal cord
  • People who do not have enough support from family or others to help them follow through with the treatment plan after surgery
  • People who are pregnant
