Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 6 months to 25 years old
• People with a solid tumour that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and who were unable to have, or did not benefit enough from, a stem cell transplant using their own cells — this includes specific cancers such as high-risk neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, certain soft tissue sarcomas (including synovial sarcoma and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours), clear cell sarcoma, alveolar soft part sarcoma, desmoplastic small round cell tumours, chordoma, malignant rhabdoid tumour, epithelioid sarcoma, myoepithelial tumour, osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, Wilms' tumour, and other high-risk solid tumours where standard treatment gives less than a 10% chance of survival
• People who have only one active cancer at the time of joining (confirm with trial site if a prior or separate cancer may affect eligibility)
• People who have a partially matched related donor available (at least one full set of inherited immune markers must match)
• People whose general level of physical functioning meets a minimum score on a standard assessment scale used by doctors (at least 60% on the Karnofsky or Lansky scale, depending on age)
• People whose heart, lungs, and kidneys are working at an adequate level, based on tests done within the four weeks before treatment starts
• People who are able to give written agreement to take part and to follow all study procedures
• People who are capable of becoming pregnant, or whose partner is capable of becoming pregnant, and who agree to use an acceptable method of contraception throughout the study and for one year after the transplant

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have an active infection that is not under control at the time of joining
• People whose solid tumour continued to grow or spread during or after their most recent treatment
• People who have shown a pattern of not following through with medical care, as judged by their treating doctor
• People who have already received a stem cell transplant using a donor's cells within the past 6 months
• People who do not have a suitable matching donor available
• People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 3 months
• People whose heart, lung, or kidney function does not meet the required levels
• People who are capable of becoming pregnant but are unwilling or unable to use an acceptable method of contraception for the full study period and for at least one year after the transplant
• People who are known to be pregnant or who are currently breastfeeding
• People who have another medical condition, finding, or history that the treating doctor considers would make the treatment unsafe or interfere with the study results
• People who are prisoners, are involuntarily held in a facility, or are detained for treatment of a psychiatric or physical illness
