Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample, that cannot be removed by surgery and is classified as an advanced but locally contained stage (stage IIIA, IIIB, or IIIC)
- People whose cancer has not gotten worse after completing a combined chemotherapy and radiation treatment (called concurrent chemoradiotherapy)
- People who are due to receive an immunotherapy drug called Durvalumab for 12 months as part of their standard care following that treatment

- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of joining the study

- People who are able to follow the study requirements and attend follow-up appointments
- People who have signed a written consent form that has been approved by an ethics review board
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unwilling to sign the ethics board-approved consent form
- People for whom a blood draw through a vein is not possible
- People with a medical, mental, or psychological condition that, in the treating doctor's judgment, would prevent them from completing the study or understanding the study information
