Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have signed a consent form and are willing to follow the study plan from start to finish
• You are between 18 and 80 years old
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
• You have not had lung cancer surgery before
• Your lung tumor has been confirmed during or after surgery to be a specific type called invasive lung adenocarcinoma (a type of lung cancer)
• Your lung nodule appears mostly as a "ground glass" pattern on a scan (a hazy, cloud-like area rather than a solid mass)
• The solid portion of your tumor makes up between 50% and 100% of its total size, and the overall tumor size is between 2 and 3 centimetres
• Your cancer has not spread to nearby lymph nodes or to other parts of the body
• Your surgeon has assessed that the tumor can be fully removed with surgery
• You have not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before

Who may not be able to join:

• Your tumor's solid portion falls outside the 50–100% range, or the tumor is smaller than 2cm or larger than 3cm
• Your surgeon does not believe the tumor can be completely removed
• Your tumor has not been confirmed as lung adenocarcinoma through tissue or cell testing
• You have already had surgery for lung cancer
• You have already received radiotherapy or chemotherapy
