Who might be able to join this trial:
For healthy volunteers:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are able to understand and agree to participate in the study on your own
- You are able to understand and follow the study instructions
- You are able to lie flat and still inside a PET/CT scanner for up to 75 minutes
- You have not used any illegal drugs or inhaled drugs (including medications taken by inhalation) in the past year, based on your own report
- You have never had claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) or any other condition that would prevent you from completing the required scans
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding — this is confirmed either by a documented surgical procedure removing the ovaries or uterus, being past menopause (no period for more than 1 year), or by a negative pregnancy test taken within 24 hours before the study drug is given
For patients with a blood cancer:
- You have been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma or a low-grade lymphoma (including follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia), whether newly diagnosed, returned, or not responding to treatment
- You are 18 years old or older and able to agree to participate on your own
- You are able to lie flat and still inside a PET/CT scanner for up to 75 minutes
- You have never had claustrophobia or any other condition that would prevent you from completing the required scans
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding — confirmed in the same ways described above for healthy volunteers
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial using an experimental treatment or imaging agent
Who may not be able to join:
- You have used illegal drugs or inhaled drugs within the past year (applies to healthy volunteers)
- You have a history of claustrophobia or any condition that would stop you from completing the scanning sessions
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding and cannot confirm otherwise through the required testing or medical history
