Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have regular menstrual cycles that are between 24 and 34 days long
- You have been diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) for at least 1 year, following standard medical guidelines
- You have had migraines linked to your menstrual cycle for at least 3 months
- In at least 2 out of your last 3 menstrual cycles, you had at least 1 migraine around the time of your period
- If you are already taking a regular medication to prevent migraines, the dose has been stable for at least 3 months and is not expected to change during the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You have more than 6 migraine days per month that happen outside of your period window, in the 3 months before screening
- You have been diagnosed with chronic migraine, or you have had more than 14 headache days per month on average in the last 3 months
- You have a history of certain specific types of migraine, including retinal migraine, basilar migraine, or hemiplegic migraine
- You currently have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder
- You have other significant pain conditions (such as fibromyalgia), serious neurological conditions (other than migraine), or certain other medical conditions including severe period pain or hormonal/gynecological disorders (confirm with trial site)
