Who might be able to join this trial:
- People with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are between 12 and 55 years old.
- People with CF who do not have diabetes, or who have been found to have prediabetes (based on a specific sugar test called an OGTT and a blood test called HbA1c).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently pregnant.
- People who have had an organ or tissue transplant in the past.
- People who are currently taking medications that suppress the immune system.
- People who are currently taking steroid tablets by mouth, or any other medication known to affect blood sugar levels.
- People who have an allergy to adhesives (sticky materials used on the skin).
- People who have serious other health conditions that could affect blood sugar readings, such as a terminal illness or major organ failure.
- People who have any condition that the trial doctor believes could make participation unsafe or affect the results of the study (confirm with trial site).
