Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People who have been diagnosed with a brain tumor, including brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain), any grade of glioma, or meningioma
• People who are already scheduled to have standard surgical removal of their brain tumor as part of their normal medical care
• People who are willing and able to give written consent to take part (or have a legal representative who can do so on their behalf)

Who may not be able to join:

• People under 18 years of age
• People who have a condition or health issue that, in the investigator's judgment, could put their safety at risk or affect the quality of the trial data
• People who have not been medically cleared to have surgery
• People who are unable to tolerate an MRI scan or a PET/CT scan
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People whose kidney function test results fall outside acceptable levels set by the trial (confirm with trial site)
• People whose liver function test results — including bilirubin levels — fall outside acceptable levels set by the trial (confirm with trial site)
• People whose liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) fall outside acceptable levels set by the trial, unless they have Gilbert's syndrome, in which case a higher threshold may apply (confirm with trial site)
• People whose albumin (a protein measured in the blood) level is below 2.5 mg/dL
• People who have a spleen that does not function properly, or who have had their spleen removed
• People who have any condition that would make it unsafe to receive gadolinium-based contrast agent (a dye used during MRI scans)
