Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have signed and dated a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- People who are willing and available to follow all study procedures for the full duration of the trial
- People whose doctors have determined them suitable to receive radiation therapy aimed at curing a cancer of the pelvis, including urinary (GU), bowel/digestive (GI), or gynaecological (Gyn) cancers
- People who are able to become pregnant and have used highly effective contraception for at least one month before screening, with agreement to continue doing so during the study
- People who are able to cause a pregnancy and agree to use condoms or other effective contraception with their partner during the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently pregnant
- People whose cancer has grown into the bladder, as determined by the enrolling doctor based on available medical information
- People who have medical conditions that make radiation therapy unsafe, including Crohn's disease, or active connective tissue disorders such as scleroderma or lupus that is not well controlled
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the same area of the body that would need to be treated in this trial
