Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to understand the purpose and risks of the study and are willing to sign a consent form and follow study requirements
- People aged 18 to 55 years old (male or female)
- Men who weigh at least 50 kg, or women who weigh at least 45 kg, and whose body mass index (BMI) falls between 19 and 28
- People who are in good general health, based on medical history, physical check-up, vital signs, blood tests, chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and heart tracing (ECG)
- People who are willing to use highly effective contraception throughout the study, and for 6 months after the study dose (for women) or 3 months after the study dose (for men)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 3 months, or within a certain timeframe based on the previous trial drug (whichever is longer)
- People who have a history of, or test positive at screening for, HIV, Hepatitis C, or Hepatitis B
- People who have a history of active tuberculosis (TB), or who have an untreated latent (inactive) TB infection at the time of screening
- People who have a history of severe herpes or shingles (zoster) infection
- People who have had a serious infection, serious injury, or major surgery within the 6 months before screening
- People who have a history of alcohol or drug misuse, or who test positive for drugs or alcohol at the screening visit
- People who have a history of severe allergic reactions, or allergic reactions that may be triggered by ingredients in the study drug
- People who have any other health condition or situation that the trial doctor considers unsuitable for participation (confirm with trial site)
