Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 18 to 55 who still has regular periods
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis, shown by a pelvic ultrasound or MRI scan
- You experience endometriosis-related pain rated above 3 out of 10, and/or have ongoing symptoms from endometriosis that seriously affect your daily life
- You are either not currently on any treatment for endometriosis, or you have been on a stable treatment (such as the pill and/or a hormonal medication) that has not changed in the last 6 months
- You are covered by a health insurance scheme
- You speak French
- You are willing to give your verbal agreement to take part after being fully informed about the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- Your endometriosis treatment has been changed or started within the last 6 months
- Your endometriosis-related pain is rated 8 out of 10 or higher
- You have heart or cardiovascular health concerns that make physical exercise risky for you
- You are physically unable to perform the exercises proposed in the trial
- You are under legal guardianship
- You are currently deprived of your liberty (for example, in custody or detention)
