Who might be able to join this trial:

• People whose NSCLC is classified at stage IA, IIIB N3, IIIC, IVA, or IVB.
• People whose tumor has grown into the aorta, esophagus, or heart, or who have a large cluster of affected lymph nodes in the chest (known as bulky N2 disease).
• People whose tumor is considered not surgically removable.
• People who have previously received any systemic cancer treatment for NSCLC, including chemotherapy, biological therapy, immunotherapy, or experimental drugs.
• People with a history of another cancer, unless it was treated with the intent to cure, has shown no signs of returning for at least two years, and carries a low risk of coming back — or unless it was a type of non-melanoma skin cancer, a specific slow-growing skin condition called lentigo maligna, or a very early-stage cancer (carcinoma in situ), all with no current evidence of disease.
• People with incomplete basic medical information in their electronic medical record.
• People whose tumor tests positive for EGFR gene activity, ALK protein, or ROS1 protein.
• People whose PD-L1 protein expression results are unavailable.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of enrollment.
