Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who were assigned female at birth
- People who are between 12 and 20 years old at the time of joining the trial

- People who have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) that is not currently being treated or controlled
- People who weigh over 500 pounds, have severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces), or have certain types of metal in their body, as these may prevent participation in the MRI part of the study (confirm with trial site)
