Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have a pituitary neuroendocrine tumor (a type of brain tumor near the pituitary gland) that can be treated with a specific type of keyhole surgery through the nose
- Your tumor measures at least 2 centimeters at its widest point
- Before surgery, the part of your brain and gland system that controls stress hormones is working normally (confirm with trial site)

- You have had a pituitary stroke (sudden bleeding or loss of blood supply to the pituitary gland)
- You do not have an MRI scan of your head available
