Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be over 18 years old.
- You must have at least one suspected bladder tumour that was seen during a bladder camera examination (cystoscopy).
- Your bladder must be able to be reached and examined with a camera (cystoscopy).
- You must be healthy enough to undergo a procedure to remove bladder tumour tissue (called a TURBT).
- You must be fully informed about the study and willing to sign a consent form before any study procedures begin.
Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding may not be eligible.
- You may not be eligible if the only tumour found is located at the opening of the bladder (the bladder neck).
- You may not be eligible if any of your tumours are larger than 2 centimetres across.
- You may not be eligible if you have more than 5 tumours in your bladder.
- You may not be eligible if the only abnormality found is a flat lesion (a type of growth that lies flat against the bladder wall, rather than sticking out).
