Who might be able to join this trial:
For Multiple Sclerosis (MS) participants:
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- Your MS-related disability falls within a certain range, as measured by a standard disability scale called the EDSS (score between 3.0 and 6.5) — confirm with trial site if unsure what your score is
- You have been diagnosed with primary progressive MS, secondary progressive MS, or relapsing MS

For Myasthenia Gravis (MG) participants:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You were diagnosed with generalised myasthenia gravis (gMG) at least 1 year ago
- Your diagnosis has been confirmed by a positive blood test for specific antibodies (AChR or MuSK), plus at least one other confirming test or clinical finding
- Your symptoms significantly affect your daily activities, as measured by a standard MG scale (score of 6 or more)
For Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) participants:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been diagnosed with typical CIDP, motor CIDP, or multifocal CIDP (also called Lewis Sumner Syndrome)
- Your disease activity and disability both fall within certain ranges on standard CIDP measurement scales (confirm with trial site for your specific scores)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had cancer, unless it has been fully in remission for at least 2 years
- You currently have or have previously had a Hepatitis B virus infection
- You have tested positive for HIV
- You have previously had a bone marrow, stem cell, or solid organ transplant
- You have previously received a type of treatment called CAR T-cell therapy or any other gene therapy
