Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing to attend follow-up appointments after their surgery or radiation treatment
• People who have given their written agreement to take part in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose CT scan images are of too poor a quality to be used in the study
• People whose scans showed a type of lung finding called a "pure ground-glass nodule" (a faint, hazy spot on the scan with no solid component)
• People with uncontrolled epilepsy, a central nervous system condition, or a history of mental health disorders that a doctor believes could affect their ability to give informed consent or follow the study requirements
• People who are likely to be unable to attend follow-up appointments or be contacted over time
