- Your waist measurement is 94 cm (37 inches) or more if you are male, or 80 cm (31.5 inches) or more if you are female, OR your BMI is above 25 kg/m²

- You have donated more than 500 ml of blood in the three months before your first study visit
- You are not able to fully understand and follow the study instructions independently due to language or other barriers
- You have dietary restrictions that prevent you from eating the study meals, such as needing to avoid gluten or lactose
- You have an irregular sleep pattern, for example because you work night shifts
- You have any other condition, treatment, or circumstance that the study team feels could put you at risk or affect the study results (confirm with trial site)
