Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are generally well and active, with a performance status score of 0 or 1 (meaning able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no restriction)
- People diagnosed with a specific type of nasopharyngeal cancer (a cancer at the back of the nose/throat), confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cells, classified as WHO type II or III

- People whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back after previous treatment, or has spread to other parts of the body, or who have any other type of cancer
- People with serious problems affecting major organs or overall health that would make surgery or radiotherapy unsafe
- People who are unable to attend regular follow-up appointments due to mental health, social, family, or geographical reasons
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whom the lead doctor determines are otherwise not appropriate for this trial for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
