Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have previously been diagnosed with migraine headaches by a doctor
- Your migraines have a moderate or greater impact on your daily life, based on a standard headache questionnaire (confirm with trial site)
- You experience migraine headaches on at least 5 days per month
- You are willing to take part in a mind-body wellness program (such as relaxation or mindfulness techniques)
- You are able and willing to attend sessions remotely (for example, online or by phone)
Who may not be able to join:
- Your headaches are known or suspected to be caused by a physical condition such as cancer, sinus infection, head injury, or a brain or blood vessel disease
- You have been diagnosed with another ongoing pain condition, such as fibromyalgia or chronic neck pain, that could make it harder to assess the results
- You have been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment or dementia
- You have an active, serious addiction (for example, to cocaine or heroin) that would make it difficult to take part in the study
- You have a major psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia (note: anxiety and mild to moderate depression do NOT prevent you from joining)
