- People with a BMI in the range of 19 to 24.99, or in the range of 30 to 40

- People who have taken oral or vaginal antibiotics within the month before the study, or are currently taking them
- People who have been diagnosed with any gastrointestinal, endocrine, digestive, cancer, or cardiovascular condition
