Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been assessed by a clinician and diagnosed with PTSD, scoring 23 or above on a standard PTSD assessment tool called the CAPS-5
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not have a good enough understanding of the Norwegian language to participate
- You have been assessed as having a severe intellectual disability (an IQ of 70 or below)
- You have another serious mental health condition that is currently in a crisis or acute phase and requires a different type of treatment first, such as hospitalisation
- You have previously received specific types of therapy for PTSD called EMDR or CT-PTSD
