Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are generally able to carry out some daily activities and are not completely disabled (your doctor will assess this using a standard scale)
- Your main organs (such as kidneys, liver, and heart) are working well enough, and you have not had a recent blood transfusion or injections to boost blood cell counts
- If you are able to become pregnant, you must be willing to use a highly reliable form of contraception and avoid donating eggs during the study and for at least 7 days after the last dose of one study drug, or 1 month after the last dose of the other, whichever comes later
If you have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL):
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of CLL and your doctor has determined that your disease now needs treatment based on specific features
- You have at least one area of disease that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, and you have never had certain transformations of your CLL into a more aggressive form
If you have Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL):
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of MCL based on recognised international medical classifications
- Your lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to your most recent treatment, and you have had at least one previous course of treatment (confirm with trial site regarding specific rules about a type of previous therapy called BTKi)
- You have at least one tumour that is large enough to be measured on a scan
Who may not be able to join:
- You are unable or unwilling to follow the requirements of the trial
- You currently have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- You have tested positive for HIV, unless certain specific conditions are met (confirm with trial site)
- You have had a major surgical procedure within the last 28 days before starting the trial treatment
- You have previously received systemic (whole-body) treatment for CLL
- You have an uncontrolled condition where your immune system attacks your own blood cells, and it requires treatment
- You have previously taken a type of drug called a BCL-2 inhibitor
