• People who have previously had a kidney, heart, or liver transplant.
• People who have a medical or surgical condition (other than kidney disease) that could significantly affect how the study medication is absorbed, processed, or removed by the body.
• People whose circumstances would make it difficult or impossible to follow the study requirements.
• People for whom a doctor determines that a kidney transplant or the study medication would not be appropriate.
