Who might be able to join this trial:

- People whose lung condition has changed significantly in appearance or nature between their original diagnosis and the screening stage of this trial.
- People whose lung condition has been diagnosed as hypersensitivity pneumonitis (lung inflammation caused by breathing in certain substances), confirmed using established diagnostic guidelines.
- People whose lung condition has been diagnosed as asbestosis (lung damage caused by asbestos exposure), confirmed through work history and scan findings.
- People whose life expectancy from any illness, including their lung condition, is estimated by the treating doctor to be less than 12 months.
- People who have a significant physical condition outside the lungs that affects breathing, such as a chest wall abnormality or a large fluid collection around the lungs (confirm with trial site).
