Who might be able to join this trial:
For people with Multiple Osteochondromas (bone tumours):
- You have been diagnosed with Multiple Osteochondromas through a doctor's assessment and/or genetic testing
- You are male or female
- You are between 6 and 17 years old (minors) or between 18 and 40 years old (adults) at the time of joining
- You or your guardian are able to give proper informed consent to participate
- You are able to walk in a straight line without any walking aids
- You have multiple osteochondromas located on your lower limbs (legs)
- You are able to take part in all of the tests and procedures required by the study
For healthy volunteers (comparison group):
- You do not have any conditions affecting the nerves, muscles, bones, or joints in your lower limbs (legs)
- You are male or female
- You are between 6 and 17 years old (minors) or between 18 and 40 years old (adults) at the time of joining
- You or your guardian are able to give proper informed consent to participate
- You are able to take part in all of the tests and procedures required by the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not meet the inclusion criteria listed above
- For any reason the study doctor feels you would not be able to follow the study procedures (confirm with trial site)
- Your Body Mass Index (BMI — a measure of body weight relative to height) is 30 or above
